YOQI retreat - take 2!

Yoqi Training immersion - Suryalila Spain.

Feeling re-enerised and re-charged after a blissful week, revisiting my teacher training immersion at the Suryalila Retreat Centre with the Yoqi crew!

I had my birthday while I was away, and had the honour of guiding 40 beautiful beings through our Qigong warm-ups - the best way to celebrate!

It was an amazing week with fantastic people from all over the world, sharing and supporting each other through our own personal journeys.

With thanks to Marisa and Pavel for sharing these teachings, inspiration and light! I’m looking forward to sharing with you all, and hopefully hosting a retreat myself one day xx
