“As a person with Parkinson’s I found Qigong to be a very useful practice both relaxing and stimulating which helps keep in check and manage my symptoms.

Balance and flexibility are areas which find benefit and I’ve also found my energy levels are greatly improved.

Hannah is a very good communicator , very knowledgeable and is able to tailor a Qigong workout that benefits my own needs introducing and clearly explaining the various movements and sequences which will offer the most benefit. Easily balancing a fun experience with some essential therapeutic value and also providing a lovely calming window to help combat every day stresses and inspire.

I would highly recommend Qigong flow with Hannah”

“I've been joining Hannah's Qigong classes for over a year and really enjoy them. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow and she judges the pace well. She's sensitive to participants needs and her passion for passing on the benefits of Qigong is evident throughout each class. For me, each class provides an opportunity to focus and relax; a retreat in the midst of a busy schedule! Concentrating on the breathing and movements really helps me to unwind and recharge my batteries.”

“I have been attending Hannah's Qi Gong class for some months now and it fits with what I was looking for. I needed something seated, to use the upper body and arms. Its also good for de-stressing!  I like that I can drop in and out as well, when life gets a little busy!”

“What I love about Adapt and Flow qigong is Hannah’s particular approach, she’s approachable empathic and kind; she makes people feel at ease. Her way is one of soothing calmness so I can really feel a sense of being in the right place at the right time, in good company.

I’ve felt the powerful effects of qigong many years ago, well before I was injured, literally felt the energy flowing through my body into the Earth. When I learned that there was a seated qigong class, I immediately sought to try it out. I’m full of fire so I find a particular sense of soothing release when we work on the water element.

There are quite a few routines that Hannah works on, and all are enjoyable and calming, some for addressing particular problems such as liver, spleen and bowel, key organs to keep as happy as possible.

I’ve said from the start that what Hannah is doing is very special, and unique. Run by disabled people for disabled people, is an approach close to my heart.”

“I have been practicing  Qigong for a number of years and I always wanted to find a teacher who was also in a wheelchair, so that the movements could be properly adapted. I was elated when I found Hannah and have done a number of classes with her, she is clear and concise in her teachings and really helps you connect to the flow of each movement. I really enjoy the sessions that I do with her and know that it supports my health and well-being. I would highly recommend joining her classes and working with Hannah to learn this beautiful energy art”

“Hannah's gentle yet skilled teaching provides a class that is accessible, inclusive, enjoyable, and beneficial. I like how she provides just enough theory to support the practice, and the classes feel intimate without you feeling too on-show. I would recommend to anyone, with disabilities or without, who would like to enjoy this practice. ”

“Started doing these out of curiosity. Kept doing them and now looking at doing two a week with Hannah! I am keen on the meditative side but, initially, I found the benefit mainly around core strength. I am quite fit, through playing wheelchair tennis, but have found that Qi gong is working different muscles, which is great. The lessons are great value for money and there is good balance between practices we already know and some new ones. They're not overly serious but once we start practising, our microphones are off and it's nearly an hour of concentration. Give it a go, you might find you love it! I do.”

“I love starting the week with Hannah’s Monday Qigong group. It’s so relaxing with lots of gentle stretching and calming breathing exercises. When I first started the classes, I had problems with movements in one shoulder, not unusual with wheelchair use. I had to take regular breaks when doing some qigong flows. These started to improve markedly within a short space of time and I no longer need rests during class. I’m delighted with the progress that I’ve made and continue to learn and enjoy.

I highly recommend Hannah’s classes to everyone!”
